Precisely. This is the problem I had with Trump's Bomb Damage Assessment. It's not that Trump was necessarily wrong. But that he really had no little reason to make it. Trump does this crap all the time. Makes statements that sound good,, but that he couldn't possibly know for sure. And then he goes nuts when anyone points it out.

I don’t think they are near enough to be identical at all. There is a difference between killing mainly enemy combatants, and kill everybody you can get hold of, raping and torturing as you go.
