Nothing about that story indicates that this was a consensus opinion of US intelligence as a whole, or even a consensus opinion of the DIA. Nothing about that story indicates that the analysis was reliable, given how quickly it was produced, and in fact it's widely been reported that the analysis was low confidence. Nothing about that story tells us what the current intelligence assessment is. More recent stories coming out indicate that US intelligence opinion has indeed evolved.
