The Freedom Flotilla Coalition ship "Conscience" has apparently been targeted to prevent this ship from docking in Malta where it was due to pick up virulently anti-Israel personalities like Greta Thunberg and Mary Anne Wright. The actual pirates are these folks trying to enter an active restricted war zone and confront the Israeli navy.

Are they actually anti-Israel or are they just what some in this thread call anti-Israel, ie, criticizing the collective punishment vibes of the wholesale destruction in Gaza?

Targeting and unarmed aid ship is a war crime.
 
Charges that Israel may have violated the laws of war have arisen from time to time, but they've been impossible to sustain in the Hague.

If you aren't interested in having your ship sunk, then stay away from trying to break the Gaza blockade.
Simple equation.

What "aid" was on that ship, by the way? Anyone want to take a guess?
(maybe a few packages of Skittles?)

Also, tens of thousands of IDF Tzav-8 (emergency call-ups) are being issued, in anticipation of a major offensive into the Gaza Strip. Yes, Gazans will collectively feel the pain of this war. As they rightfully should.

Oh, and by the way, Targeting a civilian airfield is a war crime. Let's get right on that, where's the outrage?

From Yemen, by Houthis. Being angry at Gaza about it would seem to stretch even your collectivism as far as punishment goes.

And I know you guys hate proportionality and YES nobody should be trying to strike airports (I duly condemn this action) but apparantly having evaded anti-missile systems it hit an access road and injured two people.

As war crimes go, injuring two and killing no one is probably at the bottom of the docket.

Fragmenting the battlespace into manageable sections allows for concentrated force application and the gradual reintroduction of governance and services. This also mitigates the challenges of trying to form a single overall governing entity in areas where different power structures are forming (and in Gaza, with the various clans, this is very important). This course of action is not "Nazi-exterminator-like" in any way imaginable.

This war will come to an end when Arab populations throughout the Palestinian territories believe that something better is possible. This moment is an inflection point.
