Split Thread Diversity Equity and Inclusion and merit in employment etc

You must be joking. There’s decades of scholarship on the subject. Here, let me hold your hand:

White Men Are Still Kings of the Job Market. Here’s Proof.

Or, you know, you could just take a look at Trump’s cabinet. Overwhelmingly white and overwhelmingly unqualified.
Your link provides no specific examples of employers or government agencies who practiced discriminatory hiring or promotion policies that were designed to discriminate in favor of white people.

Yes, exactly. You take issue with nonwhite people being given what you perceive to be unfair advantages but say nothing about white people being given unfair advantages.
Provide examples of private companies or govt entities that have a proven racist policy that gives whites an advantage over non-whites.

And are you suggesting the discriminatory policies I have given evidence for are in fact not unfair???

You think it's okay to discriminate based on race?

You asked for examples of "white people given an unfair advantage in civil service exams or other hiring policies". These were provided, with numerous studies cited as evidence. I'll not be chasing your goalposts around.

The argument I made is that you have expressed zero concern about the unfair advantages that white people receive in hiring practices, which are systemic and copiously documented. Your every post further validates my argument.

You gave no examples of specific civil service exams or govt entities that were found to be discriminating in favor of white persons.

Give some specific examples please.

Your original request did not specify that, and again, I won't be chasing your goalposts as you retroactively narrow the parameters.

Please give some specific examples of these practices. Please cite specific policies or employers.

His link didn't provide any specific examples of any actual employers that have been found to discriminate against non-whites.
Well, of course not. Faith-based belief doesn't require evidence. That's the whole point of faith.

Wow, what a lame and pathetic and frankly, ignorant attempt to weasel out of supporting a claim with evidence.
