Looks like junior there is taking a page out of Trump's book: never admit you made a mistake, claim that it was intentional, and despite all evidence to the contrary, declare it was correct.

What a ◊◊◊◊◊◊◊ idiot. "Reckon", in this context, literally means to think about something. "A force to be reckoned with" means that you have to think carefully about how you deal with something, and ignore it at your own risk. Saying "not to be reckoned with" implies that something is insignificant - of no threat - something you can safely ignore. "Not to be reckoned with" is how the Empire describes the Rebel Alliance, not itself. No matter how this youngster with a zit on the end of his nose tries to spin it, he ◊◊◊◊◊◊ up grammatically. If he'd just said "oh, right. I meant to be reckoned with" or "not to be trifled with", it would have been largely forgotten by now. But doubling down on it is just guaranteeing that every comedian who covers current events is going to rub his nose in it for laughs.

The constant turnover of staff and administrators is part of the ◊◊◊◊-show. Few of these idiots will be around in a year, much less four. The only thing we can count on is that they will be replaced only by people at least as unqualified and despicable as they are.
