The body of this girl is divisible into two parts. The above part is of human head and lower part is look like snake body.

Is this paranormal?
 
No, that's a kid sticking their head through a hole above a snake's body. Not paranormal in the slightest.

I'm trying to work out if this guy is a complete idiot or is using WAAAAAAAAAAY too many halucinogenic drugs.

Then again, maybe, as eri has suggested, the homeopathic scam is not making enough money these days so he is going into freak shows.
