I told you what I was talking about. You said it seemed different than what you thought I was talking about.

I naturally assumed that since you could see a difference what I told you I meant and what you thought I meant, you were now clear on what I meant.

If you still think there's an argument being made that low approval ratings are the impetus for protests, take it up with dann. I don't think he's making that argument, but maybe you do?

I'm claiming that this "ICE isn't in charge of that decision. It would be an immigration court judge." is an untrue statement. ICE has authority to remove people without going through an immigration judge.

Do you deny that?

I do not deny that.

I do, however, deny that the expedited removal process gives ICE carte blanche authority to deport anyone, any time, for any reason or no reason at all.

Has an expedited removal order been issued?

Has any deportation order been issued?

If there's no deportation order, how does this guy even know he's been deported? How does anyone else know he's been deported?

You denied ICE had the authority at all. They very clearly do, as was previously pointed out to you. Is there a reason you lied about that?
