The magic number is 34. This is where the serious investors start to get twitchy. The swings will become more dramatic, causing more uncertainty, causing larger swings. If, and probably when it drops below 28 the true panic will set in. I didn't think we'd get to 37 until June.

Trump: California where they have blackouts all the time. They have blackouts and brownouts at levels that nobody has ever seen before.. I released billions of gallons of water going again from upstate California
