You forgot the onion.
The thing is, it makes an unpleasant kind of sense. During Trump's tenure, the generals will have studied this, so it wouldn't have much impact on their decision making. The damage is down the line, when Trump will have gone, so why would he care about it? It's just a cost for no benefit until the future beyond when he cares."On a different front
No Military History will be taught at the Command and General Staff College."
Well as a graduate of that fine place that annoys me to no end. Why study wars if you are training to fighting them....
So, there's a significant part of the US Army who have had practice planning an invasion of Canada?Yep you go there usually as a senior Captain/Major/LT. Colonels, prior to Battalion command or staff position. I remember two staff exercises one planning a movement of an Infantry division to Central America (rail and road) the second to plan the logistics of an advance into Canada (to learn how to use railroads, highways and airports to support a multiple division advance) - not really to invade them.
Well, they've probably already engraved the winner's name on the trophy, it would be a shame to have to re-do it.It would have been embarrassing to his hosts if he won without even turning up.
Those dead losers who lost the US a tank will just have to come home (at the taxpayers expense) without him.

The word pravda means truth but Pravda was unabashed propaganda.Russian Pravda is unabashedly red-star communist through-and-through. So I doubt they would be bigging up Trump in any way. But depends on which Pravda you mean. There are a bunch.
Trump administration officials have fired workers for the main American aid agency who were sent to Myanmar to assess how the United States could help with earthquake relief efforts, three people with knowledge of the actions said.
The firings, done Friday while the workers were in the rubble-strewn city of Mandalay, raise doubts about Secretary of State Marco Rubio’s stated commitment to continuing some humanitarian and crisis aid even as the aid organization, the U.S. Agency for International Development, is dismantled by the Trump administration.
