Well even Jesus warned us about some people that go through the motions like attending church ect..may not truely be believers. And everyone knows 1 or 2 that just don't seem to have a good heart. But if you were to ask me how I would try to identify a true believer, I would look to see if they have the fruit of the spirit in their lives?

Galatians 5:22-23 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control; against such things there is no law.

I know we all have are good and bad days, but we all need love! Have you ever heard the saying a friend loves at all times? I think friendship is a gift from God too!
