Split Thread Diversity Equity and Inclusion and merit in employment etc

It's not been "trashed out" whatsoever - its been ignored by the poster who tried to do the erasing and calling out the erasure of actual lesbians by members of this forum is the opposite of right-wing virtue signalling
The erasure the poster was calling out was that of the "TQ+" from the website. There was no attempt to remove mention of lesbians, but rather a call to be more inclusive.

So, I guess i might as well include "gaslighting" to my description of your response.

Saying that the Stonewall Riots were "led by transwomen of colour" and not Stormie DeLarvarie, an actual lesbian who threw the first blow erases lesbians

Your mean, this statement in the article?
Although recollections of the night vary, by many accounts a Black trans woman named Marsha P Johnson “threw the first brick”.
You want to believe that this one article in the Guardian statement actually erases Lesbians?

That's where the Guardian covers its backside - I'm talking about the previous two times that literally says "led by transwomen of colour"

Marsha P Johnson wasn't at the start of the riots.
Marsha P Johnson wasn't even trans.
Marsha P Johnson is an attempt by trans rights activists to use DEI to erase an actual lesbian

Responding to your points one-by-one:
-Perhaps
-You are mistaken, Marsha P Johnson, and
-This is just a figment of your imagination...

Responding to the one point that makes the rest irrelevant. It quite literally says "led by transwomen of colour" and Marsha P Johnson “threw the first brick” and not Stormie DeLarvarie yes or no?

A probably erroneous subtitle in one article on an online edition of a newspaper does not amount to erasure. Also I will take Marsha Johnson's word that they did not since the protest was already underway when they arrived.

Now to throw the question back to you...do you think that the removal of the TQ+ from the website erase their contribution to the struggle?

Probably? Three times in that single article in the worlds wokest newspaper got it wrong and they were only reporting on what these activists were doing
This is by far from the only example of this erasure as can be shown by the line "Although recollections of the night vary, by many accounts" weasel words from the Guardian. This one just has a DEI flavour

...Three times in that single article
Okay...one paper. Still does not constitute erasure. What you are doing is blowing it out of proportion to distract from the actual erasure happening.

This is a typical right-wing strategy. Pick up something they don’t really care about, use it to pit them against another group they don’t really care about and then make out like the defenders. Ultimately the aim is to undermine the lot. It gets old after a while.

Incidentally...by your own logic, do you or do you not see the removal of the TQ+ from the website as erasure. It is quite obvious that they too were part of the agitation. I mean, considering that despite you claims, Marsha P Johnson, was a trans activist and was part of the agitation.

How ◊◊◊◊◊◊◊ dare you. I care about women's rights and historical accuracy and I challenge you to find any post on this forum that could even remotely be interpreted otherwise

"Threw the first brick" and "was led by transwomen" are what I'm objecting to because I care about women's rights and historical accuracy
