Trump's Second Term

Americans don't approve of Vance's behaviour, either!
Hope he doesn't have an accident while skiing. It would be so sad for him to end up like, say, Michael Schumacher.

If along with Vance having a serious skiing injury Trump had a severely debilitating but non-fatal stroke playing golf this weekend, would we have to come back to the question of a divine being intervening in earthly affairs?

Absolutely! All praise to the FSM and His noodly goodness.

Zelensky at Number 10. Starmer met him on the steps, they shook hands and embraced.

Tomorrow Zelensky will meet the King.

Watters on Fox: "We run the world. This is America's world. He's our proxy. This ends when we say it ends."

He has effectively done that for his followers in the United States. It's not hard to find examples of Trump supporters who believe things about history that are absolutely not supported by fact and are instead the propaganda of the Republican Party—particularly of the Trump campaign. It's not hard to see why Trump might think he can just bully and browbeat the rest of the world to believe his nonsense.

I worked with a Trump supporter at my previous job. Early in the pandemic, I mentioned Trump not wanting to let the infected passengers off that cruise ship in California because it would "unfairly" raise the US COVID numbers and make him look bad. This guy was absolutely certain that it was the Governor of California who had said that, not Trump.

Meanwhile Donald is doing another Pardon
Some dead baseball player

Donald J. Trump
@realDonald Trump

Major League Baseball didn't have the courage or decency to put the late, great, Pete Rose, also known as "Charlie Hustle," into the Baseball Hall of fame. Now he is dead, will never experience the thrill of being selected, even though he was a FAR BETTER PLAYER than most of those who made it, and can only be named posthumously. WHAT A SHAME! Anyway, over the next few weeks I will be signing a complete PARDON of Pete Rose, who shouldn't have been gambling on baseball, but only bet on HIS TEAM WINNING. He never betted against himself, or the other team. He had the most hits, by far, in baseball history, and won more games than anyone in sports history.
Baseball, which is dying all over the place, should get off its fat, lazy ass, and elect Pete Rose, even though far too late, into the Baseball Hall of Fame!

He was sent to jail for tax evasion, nothing to do with betting on games.

On April 20, 1990, Rose entered a plea of guilty to two charges of filing false income tax returns not showing income he received from selling autographs and memorabilia and from horseracing winnings. On July 19, he was sentenced to five months in the minimum security prison camp at the United States Penitentiary in Marion, Illinois, and fined $50,000.[70] Rose was released on January 7, 1991, after having paid $366,041 in back taxes and interest and was required to perform 1,000 hours of community service.

The narrative spun by NATO and previous U.S. administrations seems to suit you just fine. The very bestest lies.
Interesting. Given what you're responding to, it seems that it completely doesn't matter what I actually think, you're just interested in preemptively dismissing whatever it is based solely on the fact that I think that you're ignoring relevant facts and evidence.

"Should get off its fat, lazy ass"

If he projected any more, he could rent himself out to a drive-in theater.
Wondering when Dump is going to realize he can sell pardons for money. He just has to find the window where pardons are cheap enough that people can actually afford them, and not so expensive that the would-be customers are rich enough to be excempted from the justice system in the first place.

Golden Pardons? If he sold one brazilian of them that could be ten beautiful godzillion dollars. Just think of that!
