A group of nurses from County Durham and Darlington Foundation Trust (CDDFT) have lodged an employment tribunal case for sexual discrimination and sexual harassment.
Bethany Hutchison, Lisa Lockey, Annice Grundy, Tracey Hooper and Joanne Bradbury, All from the Day Surgery unit at Darlington Memorial Hospital, have decided to speak publicly as they believe the Trust is hoping controversy will "blow over".
This needs to happen more. If any advances are to be gained against this TRA inspired anti-science progressive crusade, people involved in these type of actions and lawsuits need to stay the course - don't take settlements, because that will allow organizations like this Trust to bury the truth.

This is not going to settle, as I can't see Dr Upton apologising for anything, and has rolled out ALL the TWAW arguments. Cross-examination continues tomorrow.
The later cross-examination of NHSFife will probably focus on whether they agree with Dr Upton's beliefs. IIUC some of them contradict settled UK law and would probably result in them losing.
Employment tribunal rulings are not counted as binding precedents for future cases, so may not result in widespread changes.

I have trans friends. One of them was originally female, but you'd never know. Do you really want him to use female bathrooms? Don't you think that would cause actual distress? Or are you one of those people who hear 'trans person' and think someone who just roleplays being the opposite gender, even though they have bodies that are clearly the opposite sex?
Trans people using the bathrooms and probably also locker rooms of their new gender isn't something new, it's always been happening, with no one complaining. The only reason it's sudddenly a huge issue now is that culture war agitators have made it a big issue. You might as well suddenly start whining about women having to share locker rooms and bathrooms with lesbians (and before you call that a stupid comparison, fear of homosexuals in locker rooms was very real back in the day. I even once saw an archived news broadcast about a 'homosexual man' who had gained access to a locker room. Yes, that was considered scandalous enough to make the news).

I think you may have missed the point of post #2,615 which was that attacking Sonia Sodha personally doesn't actually address any of her arguments.
Female athletes in the NCAA have always had to see their teammates intact external genitals and it's just now that they started complaining about it because of culture warriors like Riley Gaines making a fuss? Pull the other one.
