Merged The razor of Hitchens and the Spirits!

That much abused and over used word 'reality' does not explain anything.
It does here. Mere belief in something does not make it true. @Calderaro is trying to substitute cultural norms for factual truth.

Everything is energy congealed into forms.
That has nothing to do with what was claimed, and matter is not "congealed" energy.

There is no evidence for spirits. None. Nada. Therefore sceptics will state that there is no reason to believe in them and act accordingly.
confirmation bias! By setting impossible criteria, the pseudoskeptic ensures that no evidence will be accepted, regardless of its quality

On the contrary, he is specifically saying that ordinary evidence would be perfectly adequate.
Pseudoskeptics use the Sagan Standard dogmatically, demanding unrealistically high standards of proof to reject claims that challenge their beliefs, without considering the available evidence fairly.

You keep saying this. It remains untrue.

First off, this forum.is not comprised of "pseudoskeptics".

Second, only the lightest of evidence is requested. No "proof" demanded at all.

Third, your evidence has not only been considered, but critically dissected and thoroughly discussed.

Fourth, you refuse to address any criticism at all and repeatedly demand to start over for no reason whatsoever.

My goal is not to "win" the debate, but to explore the topic honestly and constructively.
That statement is not consistent with your behavior. You simply repeat the same claims over and over again. You ignore the discussion that ensues. None of that is compatible with honesty and practicality.
