We're going to transition from "Trump didn't mean what he said" in regards to policy to "Trump didn't do what he did".

I know, dems can now blame everything bad that happens on trump and what's his name. IMO, that's a smart move.

Well, not so smart for those who are caught in whatever severe consequences Iran and NK have planned for us, so right now, I wouldn't want to be in a republican's shoes, even though, I'm one of the reasonable ones.

But he is buddies with North Korea........I am more worried about what China will do when he turns on them with his tariffs.
 
Remember one thing: members of congress are still elected by their constiutients, and within the GOP there will opposition, maybe quiet, to some of Trump's policies when they ae not popular with GOP voters.
 
Trump said he'd end the wars in Ukraine and Middle East the day after he was elected........

I am not holding my breath.

Laughable. The GOP is beholden to Trump, not their consitutients.

Just saw on CNN some Wall Street figure do the whole Don't worry, ignore what Trump says, it is just rhetoric, he will appoint really good peopl eto the imporant posts, etc. How clueless is that.

Are you sure it was "the day after," because isn't today "the day after," and I don't see anything happening yet. Of course, I'm not delusional like trump or what's his name either.

And the domino's starting to fall:

German chancellor fired the financeminister Lindner. Lindner asked today for reelection, since the german coalition was already in a very tense state. They were probably waiting for the election results. The coalition is now probably ending anyways.
 
I am tempted to say if we are all doomed,why not commit suicide right now and get it over with?
Yes, i think a lot of what we see here this morining is venting .
