Cont: Luton Airport Car Park Fire IV

There is no sign of the Luton Airport Car Park Fire Report as promised by Beds F&R Services, neither in summer nor in September.

Were Beds F&R Services lying?

Yes. They were lying. They were hoping everyone would have forgotten about it. And they'd have gotten away with it if it hadn't been for you pesky armchair detectives. Good job holding their feet to the obvious lithium battery fire.

Wrong conclusion. The correct one is that what they state on their webpage is advisory only. Basically, PR to 'manage expectations'.

Keir Starmer is clearly in the pocket of Big Lithium

No false modesty, please.

They're incompetent, corrupt liars and you saw through them straight away. The fire chief plainly just read out a press release handed to him by Rishi Sunak and claimed it was a diesel car when they had no idea what kind of car it was. Internet sleuths could tell straight away that only a lithium battery fire could look like that and melt through solid concrete like that, but the fire brigade just kept embellishing their lies on orders from Number 10.

You've got them bang to rights and they don't dare release their report as it'll show they're hopeless charlatans who don't know one end of a fire hose from the other.

Great job. Put a gold star on your armchair.

Have you considered the possibility that your concerns just aren't important and they have to prioritize time and resources? Posting the results of an investigation into a car park fire where the cause isn't in doubt may not rise to the top of anyone's to-do list. It's not as if there is any concern over the cause of this fire.

Surely you are not suggesting that Vixen's well-informed concerns are not at the very top of that fire department's priority list? Why, if it wasn't for Vixen's top notch investigative work there likely would not have been any investigation or report at all, and none of the myriad conspirators would have been exposed for the world to see.

The report will be about what caused the fire to spread and its recommendations (Building Regs and Fire Safety) for future high turnover public car parks. Like the Liverpool Fire it won't be about the car that started it. It likely will not state the make model and year of the car. As we know, this already appears to be classified information.

Rinse ... repeat ...

You were told it was not an electric vehicle.

You have no new information. You have no new insight. Your previous insight was wildly ignorant speculation and blatant lies. You're just trying to spin your conspiracy theory for another few pages of attention.

Sooooooo, "classified", eh?

Would that be "official", "secret" or "top secret"?

And why?

Their response is as follows:

"Thank you for your request for information about the Luton Airport Fire, which was received on 5 June 2024.

The data you have requested regarding the vehicle has previously been refused as it is considered exempt under section 31 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
"

This exemption is explained by the ICO as being:

Section 31 is a prejudice-based exemption. This means that you must demonstrate that disclosing the information could be harmful. It is also subject to a public interest test. The tests you must apply are discussed in more detail below.

In broad terms, the exemption will apply where disclosing information would harm either your ability, or the ability of another body, to enforce the law.
