Kamala Harris Election Campaign

To me the fact that he was claiming the pet-eating thing was just one of three revealing things about that. The second and third were about how he defended the claim when the fact that it was false was pointed out: he repeated "The people on television said so" several times. So the second revealing thing about it was the fact that he thought of that as a solid argument to prove that something must be true, and the third was that he always calls TV "television".

The republicans never talk about the democrats as Marxist/socialists in a derogatory manner. They never claim that they are baby killers. Never claim that they want to mutilate teenagers. Never claim that they need god in their lives. Nope, conservatives never claim liberals are evil. Give me a break.

It's hard to image Trump being treated this kindly by a group of Biden/Harris supporters.

Well Biden is obviously a genuinely decent man, whilst Trump is obviously ... Trump.

If Trump was in a room of Biden/Kamala supporters, he would be there insulting them in one way or another. Trump would get booed and MAGA would be outraged by how awful Trump was treated.

SHANKSVILLE, Pa. (TND) — President Joe Biden briefly wore a “Trump 2024” hat while visiting the Shanksville, Pa. Volunteer Fire Department on the anniversary of the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks.

White House senior deputy press secretary Andrew Bates wrote on social media Biden had shared a message recallingthe “bipartisan unity” in post-9/11 America. He then called for Americans to return to this spirit with the approach of the election.
“As a gesture, [Biden] gave a hat to a Trump supporter who then said that in the same spirit, POTUS should put on his Trump cap,” Bates wrote. “He briefly wore it.”
The Trump campaign quickly seized on a picture from the event, writing “thanks for the support, Joe!”

“Kamala did so bad in last night's debate, Joe Biden just put on a Trump hat,” the campaign wrote in a separate post. A video of Biden putting on the hat spread quickly on social media.

Naturally, the Trump campaign couldn't help themselves and had to resort to negativity and a lie.
A YouGov poll conducted Wednesday morning found most Americans believe Harris won the debate. In that poll, just 28% of respondents chose Trump as the winner. The research company said it polled nearly 3,380 people.

Fox found a lady in Canton Ohio that ate a cat. She did not seem Haitian, though she was black. It's only 100-200 miles from Springfield!

Newsthump (satirical news) relpying to someone on FB
Oh bless you Clarkey, your repeated willingness to instantly fall for fake news from sites like "Conservative Memes" is an absolute delight for us all. This woman in the video is an American with mental health issues. Nothing to do with immigrants. Her name is Allexis T. Ferrell. By all means Google her.
Or, you know, don't look it up at all. Because keeping people like yourself desperately ill-informed is both making the right a laughing stock, AND also very funny for the rest of us 🙂
Do you happen to have a video of an immigrant here putting a cat in a bin? 😂
PS (this is the bit where you're so embarrassed you either stay silent, or pivot to something completely unrelated, like Starmer or trans people)

Mainly because when the Orange Weakling leaves his special protective bubble, he goes off on some racist tirade and insults everyone there.

Joe biden is making mroe contact with a Trump voter than Trump himself.

Karl Rove:
"There’s no putting lipstick on this pig. Mr. Trump was crushed by a woman he previously dismissed as ‘dumb as a rock.’ Which raises the question: What does that make him?”

Republicans
Democrats agree with Karl Rove!

Seriously, that is the response they are giving.

A bunch of people in MAGAland said Harris beat him in the debate. That doesn't mean they endorsed Harris.

Or...and just bear with me here for a second, Repubs...could it be that you guys have nominated such a horrendous candidate that Rove, for once, is forced to agree with Democrats? He's come to their conclusion in this case, not they to his. (Or, obviously, necessarily to any others of his)

"A concept of a plan" was a new level of patheticness for him and a representation of how his brain's been changing lately.

He's never had serious plans, of course, but his previous version(s) of himself usually at least tried to disguise/hide/distractfrom that fact and pretend he did have something. Just plain admitting he's got nothing & expecting other people to to the pretending for him that it was actually something is new for him. It's the kind of thing we'd normally hear from Pelosi, not him.

Swifties are finally, officially, on board. I've no doubt 99% of Swifties were before the announcement, but it's nice to see Taylor finally commit.

I'm not able to find the article I saw yesterday that centered on the not tiny number of Swift's fans who are staunchly pro-Trump. The general takeaway was that Trump-lovers are not going to be swayed by her endorsement, but that voter turnout could very well increase as a result.

I've said this before, there is no such thing as some secret alternative healthcare plan (that is serious). Something as significant as a national healthcare plan is going to come out of academic work or political thinktanks. It takes a lot of planning and a lot of work by a lot of people to come up with plans like this.

The ACA wasn't developed by Obama. The concept had been postulated and discussed (and even tried) long before it came to that point.

Any attempt on healthcare is going to do that. It's not made in secret by a presidential staff.

Does Trump think (and yes I could just stop there because the answer is no) that Presidents are THAT hands on? That the President is the one working out the street level nuts and bolts?

99% of being a good President is knowing how to pick good people and surround yourself with them.
