When they were in power Anderson admitted they wanted to use the formented 'Culture War' to keep power, now they've lost Reform & the Tory headbangers want to use it to bring down the elected government.
 
I hope the people that looted Lush enjoy their bath bombs. I see an extended period of showers only in their futures.
 
I suspect these people will turn out rather like the January 6th terrorists, all big and brave until they are in court facing years in jail. Hopefully they will be prosecuted under terrorism laws.

Terrorism: interpretation.
(1)In this Act “terrorism” means the use or threat of action where—
(a)the action falls within subsection (2),
(b)the use or threat is designed to influence the government [F1or an international governmental organisation] or to intimidate the public or a section of the public, and
(c)the use or threat is made for the purpose of advancing a political, religious [F2, racial] or ideological cause.
(2)Action falls within this subsection if it—
(a)involves serious violence against a person,
(b)involves serious damage to property,
(c)endangers a person’s life, other than that of the person committing the action,
(d)creates a serious risk to the health or safety of the public or a section of the public, or
(e)is designed seriously to interfere with or seriously to disrupt an electronic system.
(3)The use or threat of action falling within subsection (2) which involves the use of firearms or explosives is terrorism whether or not subsection (1)(b) is satisfied.

John Honey, the St George shirt wearing looter from Hull who was pictured looting from 5 different stores has been charged with violent disorder, three counts of robbery, two counts of burglary and with criminal damage.


They didn't take long to grab him.

Now the the UK is not part of the EU they will not pass the EU ETIAS Entry System. No more Benidorm.

I hear Clayton's lovely this time of year.
 
The only seaside they will see this year is if they get transferred to HMP Haverigg near Millom on the Cumbrian coast.
I went there once to do a job in their dental surgery. We had a support contract with the practice that staffed it.

It's an old RAF base and it's vary flat and very bleak .
