My city is in the process of completely replacing its airport buildings, including the car parks and terminal buildings. It's a 15-year construction project, with the designs having been frozen in 2012.

So for you to claim that Luton Car Park 2 should have somehow incorporated all the recommendations of a report that was only issued a couple of months before construction started is just silly and ignorant.

I am a STEM graduate and I do have post-grad qualifications. This is confirmed by the Gov.UK itself as being internationally recognised as a Masters equivalent. Again it reflects on you not me that you claim this easily verifiable fact is untrue.
