Our party policy promotes the following ideas
At the Annual Conference, will discuss and vote on issues such as:
Ø campaigning for a ban on puberty blockers and cross-sex hormones for under-18s
Ø lobbying for support services for detransitioners, and for women who want to leave gangs and religious cults
Ø opposing inclusion of “gender identity” in legislation
Ø campaigning for a ban on “rough sex” as a defence in murder cases
Ø raising awareness of the damaging effects of “social transitioning” in schools
Ø calling for reform of the Working for Families package
Ø advocating for effective policies to deliver pay equity
Ø addressing inequity of retirement savings for women
I'll just lay out the consequences of your wishes:
1) Leading to increased levels of mental ill health, suicidal ideation andeven suicide among trans identifying children.
2) Support that's already available for the tiny minority of people who had some form of transition and want to change back.
3) Denying fundamental human rights to people because you personally hate them. We once fought a war against a man who bent his whole country in that direction. No thanks.
4) This one is sensible. But somehow I don't think the discriminatory society you want to usher in is voing to enact stuff like this (Pro-tip: discrimination against a specific group rarely stops at that group)
5) Like those who transition being bullied, harrassed and discriminated against for no good reason by people like yourself? Because of Enoch Bourke and his hate filled antics, I have been made well aware of the negative consequences of transitioning. At least Ireland are doing something about them.
6) Don't know enough about the NZ selfare system to talk about this.
7) Again sensible. But see my response to 4 to see the likely response of your fellow travellers to such policies.
8) See 4 and 7. The simple fact of the matter is that if you want equality in some areas, fight for equality in all areas.
