NZ Politics, the Luxon Era

Please point out the part that states they can be barred entry from the country of their birth.

You don't know when to give up on being wrong do you? YOU ARE WRONG! OWN IT!

You have to be joking. You brought this idiotic scenario of the Christchurch murderer being deported to Australia, which will never happen. I’ve shown you links from Australian authorities proving that Australians can be declared stateless which you asserted was not possible. You then doubled down to declare that stateless does not impact nationality. I posted a link from Sydney Uni (a very liberal body) which confirms stateless people have no nationality. You still declare victory.

This has given me the best laugh for ages, so thanks for that. You have comfortably outdone the Black Knight. Priceless.

You're still wrong. None of your babble changes that.

If we want to deport ANY person born in Australia, back to Australia, then Australia MUST accept them. You have no choice because that is International Law (which I have pointed out to you multiple times) regardless of any of the inane drivel you have been posting.

Just think about the wider implications of your opinion if what I said was not true. Any country could prevent its citizens or nationals from being deported back to their country by simply removing their citizenship. When you try to deport one of those NZ born criminals back to NZ, we could just strip him of his citizenship, and bingo, you cannot send him here. It would be a ridiculous and completely unworkable situation.

Sorry, sorry, I’m laughing too much to respond properly. International Law? What, we’ll get a harshly worded letter from the UN? Do you want a list of the UN laws NZ has ignored? They are easy to find.

Sorry, too much laughter is not great.

Translation: You have no valid reply!

Do you want the list of International Laws NZ has ignored?

Yup, go ahead

Utterly wrong. Many have been left stateless.

None of whom were born in Australia. Try again. I repeat, an Australian-born citizen cannot have his/her citizenship revoked unless they have renounced it and hold citizenship of another country.

Continuing to deny the obvious is hilarious.

I'm waiting for your reasons who Luxon is a bad PM as well.

I'm not holding my breath.

Christ on a bike!

• Delivering party advertising pamphlets with census forms.
• Offering financial incentives to fill in census forms.
• Photocopying those filled in census forms.
• Entering personal information gleaned from the photocopied census forms into a party database.
• Delivering enrollment change forms with census packs.
• Offering financial inducements to switch electoral rolls.

Then they deny doing any of it, yet messages between now MP Natasha Kemp and her staff at the time give the game away. One of the messages to Kemp shows that 109 enrollment forms were collected in one day in May 2023. In her reply, Kemp wrote: "Awesome ... we want to collect data from the forms. Name, address, contact number, ethnicity. Can we get the 109 names onto a spreadsheet please. We will double check the census data and tick off from the data base." That is tantamount to a direct admission of exactly what they were doing.

On top of the StatsNZ investigation, Kemp herself needs to be investigated by the Parliamentary Privileges Committee!

ETA: By the way, I am still waiting for this extensive list lionking offered of all the times New Zealand has breached international law? I won't be holding my breath!

The homophobic and racist preacher? Why should anyone care what that lunatic has to say?

Julian Batchelor...

What a great team you're assembling - Batchelor, Tamaki, McCroskie, Brash, Laws... have a look at Peter Williams, I'm sure you could add him in.

The transition of you from a fighter for justice into someone who is happy to have the worst of the worst on your team as long as they are anti-LGBT is wonderful to watch.

I look at the issues rather than their champions. I don't mind where views come from, this is a phase shift in the current world. News and ideas are everywhere, the new path is to teach the skills to interpret without following Alice.
I am interested in what you think about the issues, but not what you think of those in the list you assembled above.
If Batchelor raises salient points I will look at them.

Critical thinking should be endemic to this forum, not ranting.
Auckland university purports to run a critical thinking course, but apparently was obligated to incorporate Maori mythology as fact, a box ticking exercise. Therefore maori are corrupting New Zealand education in the most hazardous ways. Their so called elites are the racists. This is what should concern you for the kids.
I know what I am trying to say, and saying it.

Bollocks - you have one issue and will take anyone on your side, no matter how repugnant they are.

I don't mind where views come from...QUOTE]

Thanks for stating the bleeding obvious.

Nonsense. You know exactly what I and others think; we've told you many times.

That's funny.

"Apparently"? You need to provide evidence of such a claim. They certainly run critical thinking courses, but none of them contain Maori myth as factual.

Either back that up or retract it.

Their so called elites are the racists.

You finally got something right, well done.

On the critical thinking course there are 3 sources.
A student, a philosophy professor, and a member of faculty.
I asked the prof to formalise the issue somewhat.
We consider it a canary in the coal mine, my term.
It seems non trivial to me, because we all know there is no Maori science, there is only science.
This is a shocking virus infusing all education, judicial, government and other institutions.
It may be too late already for the grand kids.

At the risk of Godwinning the thread...⁵

Since your views on gays align with those of Adolph Hitler, you won't mind including him in your little group of misfits?
That is a poorly researched post.
I am against almost all trans body modification for commonsense reasons. Maybe you are conflating that idea.
In the New Zealand context I see three flourishing cults.
Maorification.
Genderfication.
Islamism.
The 3rd is a sleeper.
