It has been pointed out on Twitter that this occurred on the seventh anniversary of Covfefe Day: May 30, 2017.
We have all known for years that Donald Jessica Trump is dishonest. That he is a con man. a grifter, and a liar extraordinaire. It's not a secret that Trump cheats on his taxes. Or that he cheated on his loans. On his bills. At golf. Cheated his way out of the draft. Cheated on his wife. All three of them. He cheated to win an election.
We've all known that Trump cheats at anything and everything he can.
But today we not only can say Donald Trump is a liar and a cheat. We not only can say he's been indicted for almost a hundred crimes. We can say Trump is a criminal. A convicted criminal awaiting sentencing.
But, AC...that means nothing as he hasn't faced any consequences!![]()

It's Trump. Unless you put him in actual custody you can't stop him from leaving the country.
But if he doesn't have a passport, maybe he won't be able to get back in.

These charges never should have been brought in the first place. I expect the conviction to be overturned on appeal.

'What I just heard makes me sick': Michael Beschloss reacts to GOP defense of Trump (MSNBC on YouTube, May 31, 2024)
every republican governor would let him land on an airport in their State.
every Republican billionaire donor would bring him in on one of their private planes.
Well, he hasn't. He's finally been told that there will be consequences coming. They don't actually arrive to be faced, whatever they are, until July 11th.But, AC...that means nothing as he hasn't faced any consequences!![]()

Trump deserves to go to prison. But probably not over this. There's a part of me that doesn't care what Trump goes to prison for. But it does matter. But before they get outraged at Trump potentially going to prison over this they should recall that Michael Cohen spent two years in prison for this. And Cohen spent almost 60 days in solitary.
The issue is not whether there are any consequences but whether they're the right ones. But, AC...that means nothing as he hasn't faced any consequences!![]()
Isn't great?
Republicans overwhelmingly think that felons shouldn't be allowed to vote while simultaneously think they should vote for a felon.
