Just to remind you, your claim was that there was a vote by the party members:
He was elected by default. Some call this 'unelected' but that is not quite accurate either.

A claim that a D-notice is in place is not a figure of speech, it is a particular and very specific claim, one that we know is wrong.

It will supply JLR’s future battery electric models including the Range Rover, Defender, Discovery and Jaguar brands, with the potential to also supply other car manufacturers. Production at the new gigafactory is due to start in the year 2026.
Tata is reported to have asked for £500 million of state assistance from the UK, including subsidies for the Somerset factory’s high-energy use, a one-off grant from the automotive transformation fund, and road improvements to the site. Details of government support to Tata Sons will be published in due course as part of regular transparency data, a UK government statement said, as per PTI report.

And you know it is wrong, how?
Read this and all will become clear as to why we have not been told what the brand of car was.

And the evasions will continue.
The latest news is that the fire was due to 'a lack of sprinklers' and this will be rectified in future.
That Truss vs Sunak vote will always remind me of a friend whose elderly father, a Conservative party member, told his astonished son that he was voting for Truss because he feared Sunak 'might be a Muslim'.And some, apparently, call this "elected by party members", even if they didn't have a vote.
And you know it is wrong, how?

Sky News explains:
The quote you provided explicitly state he wasn't voted for by the party membership.
Are you well?
You're talking to a poster with a proud history of posting links to sources they didn't grock.

10 April 2024 https://www.bbc.com/news/uk-england-beds-bucks-herts-68716196The car park itself was part of a multi-million pound modernisation programme, opening in 2019.
It was designed without sprinklers and at the time of the blaze Andy Hopkinson, the county's chief fire officer, said: "We are already talking to the airport about ensuring that any future, and the existing, car parks have sprinklers fitted... sprinklers may have made a positive impact on this incident."
<snip>
Patrick Hayes, the technical director at The Institution of Structural Engineers, said following the fire Merseyside Fire Service recommended sprinklers in modern car parks.
He added that his institution had issued a number of reports on the risks modern cars possess, and recommended the "fire resistance" - the period a car park structure can remain stable in the event of a fire - be raised from 15 minutes to between 30 minutes to 120 minutes.
<snip>
Mr Hayes said "modern cars are heavier than some of the car parks have been designed for and also more flammable because they contain more plastic", while there are different fire risks posed by electric vehicles.
He said: "Originally the guidance around car park design... was based on the assumption that the fire wouldn't spread beyond one or two vehicles.
"What we see with modern vehicles, because they are larger so they get parked closer together and they're more flammable, is that the fire can spread towards several vehicles. So it's not as contained a fire."
Oh I'm well aware, as her farcical attempts to show a home converted diesel to hybrid existing showed, but normally she doesn't directly quote the part that shows she's making things up.
Please provide a citation of which post of mine you claim to be referring to. You are making up your own stuff here.
What avoidance? The only avoidance I see is that you didn't quote the part referring to the start of the fire.See here from BBC News:

Note the avoidance of mentioning the elephant in the room? We have a diesel vehicle, lack of sprinklers and 'cars are a bit heavier these days'. Oh yeah, and EV's with 'different fire risks', by the way.
Reminds me of Basil Fawlty trying so hard not to mention theEV'swar orJaguar Land Roversthe Germans, our attention is irresistibly drawn towards these very things.
Last month a joint report by Bedfordshire's fire and police services said the blaze was "accidental", finding most probable cause of the fire was an electrical fault or a component failure in a moving diesel vehicle.

Highlighting mine. I'll leave any drawing of conclusions to the reader.
Mr Hopkinson told reporters at the scene: “We are already talking to the airport about ensuring that any future, and the existing, car parks have sprinklers fitted because this building is not sprinkler protected.”
He added: “Sprinklers may have made a positive impact on this incident.”
