Avoids? Never! They just happen to be in the middle of an audit, so naturally he can't release them now. He might have a speech about that in two weeks. The trial should totally be delayed, though, because of how busy that keeps him.

I understand. We wouldn't want to inconvenience him. I'm sure our justice system isn't supposed to do that to criminal defendants.

Yep, the justice system should let fraudsters, liars, rapists, election interferers, insurrectionists and thieves go about their business of ripping people off and running for president, and it should not inconvenience them in any way.

Why do people buy that crap? Trump will have every right to testify. There is no Constitutional right to verbally attack the judge, his daughter, the witnesses and or lawyers during a trial.
