This is like everything else Trump related, a cluster. Everyone involved with Truth Social is suing each other.
Trump is obviously forum shopping. Moss and Litinsky were already suing Trump in Delaware. The appropriate move by Trump was to make counter-claim in the Delaware Court. But he is seeking a friendly judge so he filed suit in Tallahassee.
From my understanding, the chancery court judge is livid and likely will sanction Trump.

Like Charlie Haughey over here, I would say that as long as T****y remains politically useful, he'll be found to have sufficient funds to continue as a going concern. Unlike the Squire though, if T****y loses in November, he'll find he's in hock to the king of people whose idea of a debt restructuring plan is to take a 12 inch lump hammer to the recalcitratnt debtor's extremities and to double the interest rates.

Everything from financial penalties to prison. Trump could be sued by stockholders, fined by the SEC and imprisoned for stock fraud. Depends on the seriousness and evidence of the fraud. But numerous Executives have gone to prison for stock fraud which Trump is bordering on. We already have two individuals that have plead guilty to stock fraud involving Truth Social. They could be sentenced to twenty years in prison each. Although it is likely to be much less.
