You are still not a scientist.
Your wishful thinking doesn't make it so.
Amazing. On the Google 'news' search pages for October last year. I went through about five of them and so many were simply a repeat of what some news agency had syndicated, I realized, as Shirley Conran once said, 'Life is too short to stuff a mushroom'.
Jenny of Communications should be sacked
Whose archives are you talking about?'Fraid not. There are thirty pages of archives.

Your search - harpenden luton lithium - did not match any news results
snip nonsense
leaves in this nonsense
It is also ultra-heavy. Here in Finland, it is the law to change to winter tyres from 1 November to 30 March. Now, normally changing tyres is pretty straightforward, but the EV's are so heavy special lifting equipment is needed, can't just use a car jack. Likewise if you fall under and EV it wil; be hard for anyone to lift it up and free you.
snips more nonsense
I can't say anything about the UK secrets act stuff- but once again, you have stepped in somewhere where I do have actual experience (far too much of it in fact)
Jacking up cars...
The largest and heaviest EV is a positive lightweight compared to jacking up a truck (and I don't mean truck as in US 'bloated ute' but ACTUAL trucks- as in semi's and rigids (articulated lorry and lorry in UK speak I believe lol) which I have actual experience with
(sighs- and will have again soon, as in the morning I fear- my 8 tonne tilt-tray is sitting on 5 fully inflated tyres, and the passenger steer tyre is ... not...)
In fact I looked up the weight of a Tesla Long range Model 3, (I have this already, I dare say any of the SUV model ones wouldn't be that much different) which is pretty much the heaviest of BEVs in terms of they have one of the largest battery capacity currently around, and they weigh in a a paltry 1.899 tonnes- sure it 'might' be heavier than a compact sedan/hatchback if that is all you are used to- but certainly not so much that you 'can't jack it up with a car jack'...
Indeed it is actually lighter than a commonly found 4wd here...
A 4x4 turbo diesel Hilux crewcab with 'ute' body (the most common variant found here in Australia) and has been the best selling vehicle (of all types) for 10 of the last 15 years, weighs in at 2.27 tonnes (and as it has a payload capacity of 800kg), it could weigh up to a grand total of over 3 tonnes fully loaded...
Almost DOUBLE the weight of that Tesla M3LR...
And yet, it should come as no surprise that the jack included with it handles it with ease...
Another vixen lie exposed- sorry 'mis truth'
(sorry about the late responce to the original quote, been away for a week and just catching up lol)

That weight for the Tesla is the same as my Ford Focus with a full tank of fuel.
My last Jaguar XJS was a 1994 model, it weighed 2.2 tons.
I never had a problem jacking it up.
You can buy a 2 ton bottle jack for £20 and a 5 ton for around £40.
You can get a 2.5 ton Scissor jack for £20.
Really? So when someone says a train is invariably late, they mean literally always?
The fire fighters - which are attached to every airport - were there within four minutes of the 'accidental ignition' of the Tesla.
The use of language in my circles seems to be more nuanced and subtle than in yours.
Your wishful thinking doesn't make it so.
Twas the first site I came across which explained to a beginner what basic core skills they need for an 'accounting' course. Professional accountancy goes way beyond 'arithmetic'.
