No, sorry, you don't get way with this. You ASKED for my qualifications and I told you. So now you are using my acquiescence in responding to take the p!ss out of the information I gave you. The reason I am cross is because just now you falsely accused me of lying about my qualifications and background and then falsely claimed that I said I had studied physics for twelve years, when I have NEVER claimed to be a physicist and your own citation clearly stated five years, which is the fact of the matter. The only times I have mentioned any personal detail was because you asked for it. It seems your own aim was to somehow sneer at any answer on the pretext that you are an exposer of conspiracy theorists so you can be as insulting as you like. Please stop it.
I think we can interpret the above as
Vixen saying she is not a physicist and has no qualifications or background in physics.
I was certainly a postgraduate when I was accepted on a postgraduate course with my professional body exempt from the foundation levels (and the degree has to be a relevant one, involving maths, science or economics). I graduated in psychology so I was a psychology postgraduate, as opposed to an undergraduate. As this was in the form of a chat forum I did not need to elaborate any further. The context was another poster lecturing me on how memory works so I simply pointed out that my dissertation was on memory.
This was factual. This was initiated by a poster claiming I was completely ignorant about how eyewitness testimony worked and how their memory tricked them. Nothing at all to do with me presenting myself as an expert first.
I think we can interpret the above as
Vixen claiming to have completed an undergraduate degree in psychology, and hoping to convince us she has done postgraduate study in some possibly unrelated discipline, without attaining any real expertise.
Terms such as 'scientist' or 'postgraduate' are not protected terms so if you wish to dispute their usage you can but on the other hand there is nothing to stop you from describing yourself as a politics postgraduate if you went on to get a masters or PhD or MPhil in something else, as you wouldn't get on such a course if you did not have the relevant educational standard.
I think we can interpret the above as
Vixen saying there is nothing to stop me from describing myself as a politics postgraduate, or philosophy postgraduate, or psychology postgraduate, or history postgraduate, or chemistry postgraduate, or any other kind of postgraduate, because after all that is the sort of thing she herself has been doing.
I have the official educational equivalent of two masters degrees.
I think we can interpret the above as
Vixen telling us she has never completed any kind of postgraduate degree.
Actually, my professional qualifications are considered superior to a masters, according to the webpages. Sorry if that upsets you. Simply stating a fact.
But I agree comparing an academic to a chartered professional is a false equivalent because one takes just one or two years to achieve whilst the other needs three years hands-on vocational work experience plus up to fifteen tough exams to pass including case studies.
I think we can interpret the above as
Vixen telling herself her professional qualifications are superior to the professional qualifications of those who have earned postgraduate degrees she herself has failed to earn.
Vixen said:
If it makes you feel better, imagine me as an airhead 'clerk' (as I have now been called).
I think we can interpret the above as
Vixen hoping we will replace our true opinions of her by imagining her as an airhead 'clerk'.
