Guiliani Suspended from Practicing Law

While persuing video, idly trying to find out who the guy with the ugly haircut was—I mean the other guy with the ugly haircut—I naturally saw Giuliani's press conference where he tried to reiterate all the claims for which he had already been found liable. The look on the lawyer's face is priceless. He tries to guide Giuliani away from the microphone and cover up the statement by saying what he hero Giuliani had been in decades past.

As Donald Trump learned, you can be sued again for making the defamatory statements again. Again, these people are so used to be so far above the law that it doesn't even occur to them not to reoffend.

Freeman and Moss filed another lawsuit today:

CNN—Ruby Freeman and Shaye Moss, the two Georgia election workers who won a nearly $150 million verdict against Rudy Giuliani for defamation on Friday, have sued him again, asking a federal judge to permanently prohibit him from lying about them.

The lawsuit comes as Giuliani has continued to make false statements about their work as absentee ballot counters in the 2020 election.

“Defendant Giuliani continues to spread the very same lies for which he has already been held liable,” the new lawsuit said. “Defendant Giuliani’s statements, coupled with his refusal to agree to refrain from continuing to make such statements, make clear that he intends to persist in his campaign of targeted defamation and harassment. It must stop.”

Moss and Freeman’s lawyers added that even since the verdict, Giuliani has indicated he wouldn’t stop repeating the false claims about them.​

I wonder if there's even an end game here. What are the odds he's just so mentally gone at this point that he has an even less secure toehold on reality than the other MAGA kingpins? What do you suppose the effect will be on his criminal trial?​

Are they panicking that Raving Rudy will lose control and blab out all the secret plans and communications they actually made for 6-Jan, etc.?

There were already loads of court decisions based on confirming the election results.

Not at all. What it means is that the entire court system is corrupted by the deep state which is exactly why they are bringing charges against Trump at the moment. The whole thing is just as rigged as the elections were - they are stealing democracy!

They already are. They want to defund the FBI because they claim it's being weaponized by Democrats to bring bogus criminal charges against Trump and his allies. They cite as evidence the true fact that no former U.S. President has ever been criminally indicted.
