Effects of unforgivable sin.

Hello everybody. Below is a webpage that purports to know the symptoms of having committed an unforgivable sin. I know someone who has committed the sin and has said that he went through each of the things listed, including the smells of death and sulphur, sweating, "inner death," etc. I know he's really freaked out about committing the sin, and I want to put him at rest, as well as myself because I have also committed the sin (although the things that are listed did not all happen to me.) Can anyone please give some advice?

M de C says Chinese food, but that sounds like me after a heavy meal of spicy Mexican food. The "inner death" part is even worse when it tries to get out.
