I think one thing that is very clear is that the state is completely justified in barring these guys from owning any companies in the state. They have established that they pay no attention to anything that is going on and let accountants deal with it, and just blindly sign things.
That's if we take their testimony at face value. They have no business running a company.

(Aside: How can a man deemed unfit to run a charity and who admitted he misused charities funds, or as most of us would say, stole money from charities he was involved with be a candidate to become the US president is beyond me.)
I do wonder if in this trial they will bring up his admissions? It would show he has “form” in regard to fraud.
