An appeals court in June ruled that the statute of limitations in the case is set at 2014.

While claims relating to alleged conduct from before 2014 can’t come into the case, Engoron set the record straight Tuesday — saying that evidence from before that time could still be used to help prove newer claims.
“If you were here for yesterday’s excitement, welcome back,” Engoron said as Trump looked on.

“As I stated yesterday, the statute of limitations bars claims, not evidence.”

Not true. The appeals court ruled that while the Trump organization couldn't be prosecuted by the State for acts that preceded 2014. It could use those acts as supporting evidence of continued and persistent fraud that happened after 2014.,

Hardly. In the statement of Financial Conditions all the assets combined value was less than half their stated value. Some of the assets like Seven Springs were listed as much as eight times their actual value. His penthouse apartment in Trump Tower was maybe worth 80 million tops, Trump estimated it to be worth more than 300 million.
By the way, the record price for an apartment in Manhattan is 160 million.
