Russell Brand accused of rape and sexual assault

But not a particularly relevant one to posters beliefs on his possible guilt.

Obviously the outcome of a system primarily set up to determine someone's guilt or innocence based on evidence, has no relevance to a sceptic's willingness to accept his possible guilt.

Again your unquestioning disbelief is not scepticism. Especially in this case when we've got the alleged suspect saying things in public which lend credence to the idea that he would rape something else.

Your claim has been refuted. Repeating it does you no favours.

There are those of us who think naming a book "My Booky Wook" is reason enough to be sent to jail.

Wow! So IsThisTheLife decided to die on the hill of defending.....*checks notes* Russell ******* Brand.

We truly are in a new age of idiotic cults*.

(*may be a spelling mistake)

It was the final straw.

Can you link to the instance where, "he", raped someone initially?

Just for clarification, are you referring to potential rape victims as, "somethings"?

I've been rereading some of their posts to see if perhaps they actually are Russell Brand.

Similarly noxious and misogynistic individuals with the belief that women are merely objects to service their needs rather than humans with interests of their own and also with pretentious and misguided theories of their own literary powers, but I think that IsThisTheLife is dimmer even than Russell Brand.

Russell Brand makes first comments since sexual assault allegations
https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-66897715

"The actor and comedian did not address the allegations directly in Friday's three-minute video, but made claims about what he described as "media corruption and censorship" and "deep state and corporate collusion".

"He said he would release a fuller video on video streaming site Rumble on Monday, saying the platform had made "a clear commitment to free speech"."

I don't see anywhere where he's been censored.

A podcast that some people here may be interested in called Conspirituality has a "brief" on Russell Brand's style of argumentation.

Essentially they argue that he is a classic BS merchant who doesn't really have any fixed beliefs but simply talks for attention.

However, as with a lot of the people Conspirituality deal with, he merges conspiracy theories about the world that fit in nicely with the Qanon and MAGA right-wing media influencers (Alex Jones and Tucker Carlson) with Eastern mysticism and wellness.

In Brand's case it is kundalini yoga which, it turns out, is a pretty abusive cult in its own right.

Here is the episode.

It's quite narcissistic when you think about it. The idea that the "deep state" is remotely interested in destroying a has been comedian and media personality is laughable, especially when he was already in the process of descending into obscure irrelevance.

Your unevidenced assertions =\= evidence. Do we have to keep this up until you finally realise your stupidity?

Here, let me help you with that.

question mark
/ˈkwɛstʃ(ə)nˌmɑːk/
noun
noun: question mark; plural noun: question marks; noun: questionmark; plural noun: questionmarks
a punctuation mark (?) indicating a question.
used to express doubt or uncertainty about something.
"there's a question mark over his future"

Because he's annoying, and you can presume guilt if it feels right?

That's the general tone of this thread for sure. Many, many people wanting to be in with the, "I knew it".

I have to laugh because they'd tear apart anybody who supported claims of such foretelling in any other medium.

Sexual assault is a paranormal claim?

That's stooping so low you've got your foot in your mouth.
