Yes I did. What I didn't do was claim it had any relevance. I also never argued that my claim was correct and your counter claim was wrong.

This seems awfully important to you. Where is this concern about my simple, utterly irrelevant aside being wrong coming from?

With a gun to my head remember. There is no smoke without fire.

We are all, at this point in time, reading reports of reports of allegations. These allegations are stacking up against Brand but we must bear in mind that no charges have been made

And do we know if charges can be brought? What is the statute of limitations?

Under the current law in England and Wales, there is no statute of limitations for rape and other serious sexual offences, meaning that charges can be brought at any time, regardless of how long ago the alleged offence took place.

No, where have I said he should be criminally guilty and given a custodial sentence? The **** he's said and done is enough for me to be glad he's "cancelled". ETA: I dont mean the recent allegations I mean the stuff he's publicly said and done in the past.

How the ************ got work at all in the USA after his Osama Bin Laden "joke" is beyond me. I guess it just didn't really got well publicized?

What's silly about all this, is that his promiscuity and behavior have been well known for a long time. But when he was in the lefty camp, it was all good. Now that he spouts opinions lefties don't like, he's going down.

No, not really. There's a difference between being a slimeball and being a sex offender, even alleged.

Also a large number of people didn't like him even when he was a "lefty".
