People got tired of protests, but the Portland police still happily work with the Proud Boys and other right wing organizations.

Not much more extreme than you are AFAICT. IIRC you believe a new civil war is nearing and people should be preparing to stand up and fight against right wing authoritarianism, ANTIFA believes this conflict has already started and is standing up to fight against right wing authoritarianism.

The Proud boys were extremely centralized, with a clear leader and chain of command.
They also have weird hazing rituals for membership.
