Yeah, I hear that. I take more of an interest because I've been around religious people all my life. My grandfather was a progressive Protestant pastor, my wife and one kid are RCC CCD teachers, and I work a little with church charities. I'm interested in what they are experiencing, even the new agey/witchy types like my SIL and an aunt. It's not like sitting at the window, waiting for a proof of God. It's more of an "Imma leave this door ajar to watch this without being closed-minded".

Leumas, I am sure you have noticed on all of your threads, you are often asked what the **** you are talking about. What this means, Leumas, is that the words you post make no sense. The absolute most foolish thing you could possibly do then, Leumas, is to repeat them.

The question I asked you, Leumas, is what my grandfather's calling, or my wife and kid's way of giving back to their church community, has anything in the world to do with your claims. It is not a complicated question.

Just to get you on the same page as...well, anybody else, my grandfather, wife, and kid in question are not, nor have they ever been, agnostics, nor secular theists. And here's where you will have to concentrate real hard: their beliefs, which I reject, have no bearing on my outlook.
