The latest one by Röper has him, who is fluent in Russian, help his Yankistani colleague John Marc Dugan, whom I don't know and who doesn't know Russian, with an interview of the brit mercenary Aiden Aslin, who is in prison in Donetsk and at the moment threatened with the death penalty. Quite an interesting interview.

Did you find this the same place you found out about a conference that didn't happen in January where the president of Ukraine didn't say he wanted to take his country nuclear?

I don't know what you are smoking but we here in reality recognized that the Munich "security" Conference did happen in January, and the comedian spoke and even had a suit on. I won't listen to his drivel for you to give you a timestamp, but it is documented widely that he threatened to end the so-called Budapest Memorandum, as you can read here on UAwire.

edit: Oh no, it was in February, 18-20, actually just a few days before Russia "invaded". My bad. Seems to give a bit more steam to my argument, though.

The President of Ukraine did not say that he would return to being a nuclear state in Munich. I diplomat in 2021 did say Ukraine might have to return to being a nuclear state but the president didn't say anything of the sort.

Moreover, there is no evidence that Ukraine has a nuclear program. The only "evidence" comes from Russian sources which is to say, there is none.

Again. You lied. It's what you always do. What value could the word of a genocide supporter possibly have?

I've rubbed it under your nose. The comedian president said that he could end the Budapest Memorandum, which said that the Ukraine would not have nuclear weapons after the fall of the soviet union. In Munich. Early this year. And the Ukraine has (had) the industrial capacity to go nuclear quickly, although most of the capacity lies in the Donbass.

Lots of countries have the capacity to make nuclear weapons. Ukraine, like most of them have not used that capacity for such.

As I expected you to, you cherry picked what he said to justify the genocide you support. Zelensky was talking about the security assurances from the West in that agreement. You lied, again.

Actually, designating Russia a state sponsor of terrorism triggers new sanctions under the NDAA of 2019 and the Export Control Act. Most financial institutions in Russia would fall under sanction as opposed to the specific institutions sanctioned now. The designation also complicates financial relationships Russia has with third countries, forcing nations who did not participate in sanctions to restrict business dealings. An institution that deals with a financial institution in a SST designated country won't do business with the US.

For companies still doing business with or in Russia, it puts their ability to do business with the US at risk. An SST designation also adds more material to the list of things you can't sell to Russia, complicating their ability to recover from their losses. More importantly, it holds at risk any company, anywhere selling dual use material to Russia. You can do business with a country whose economy is half the size of California's or the largest economy on earth.
