Who is Mister X?

They had a general say no to intervention in the Insurrection they were planning before the 6th, so use of the Millitary was out of the question unless Trump could Legitimatly declare the Insurrection act.

Along the way Trump seems to have run up against just enough people with integrity and guts that he wasn't able to pull it off. . .this time

Dope Clock II: It's been 368 days since Bobby Menard announced plans to create "Artists Valley". So far all he has done is lie through his teeth.

Now all we have to worry about is the next time.

It was right out of the Reichstag fire page of Hitler's playbook.

I am a little surprised that they weren't stupid enough to go ahead and blame it on Antifa/BLM anyway and call out the troops.
It could have been that they knew exactly who in the military chain of command would refuse? Could that be Mister X?

The idea being that Team Crazy runs the plan by the Army brass not realizing they were showing their hand to people with more ethics than them. One of the generals stands up and says "hell no!". Before Team Crazy figures out how to do an end run around this general, he or one other of the generals calls Antifa/BLM.

But if they had called out the troops, who would the troops have run into? The only way for Team Crazy to make such an allegation work would be to lie about who was there later. The last thing they'd want to do would be actually to stop the real insurrection.

Exactly no Antifa or BLM no Insurrection, Mr. X isn't a Genius, the Insurrectionists are Just Really Stupid.

This is an interesting and plausible scenario, but I don't think I buy it. Because in the end, Trump et al got the insurrection they wanted. Sure, it was their own supporters storming the Capitol, but so what? It would still give them an excuse to invoke the Insurrection Act, at least according to my (admittedly limited) understanding of it. And I have zero doubt that they wouldn't hesitate to throw their own people under the bus, it if allowed them to stay in power a single minute longer.

Yes Trump invokes an Insurrection act and Nancy Pelosi and Mitch McConnell, and Mike Pence call general Milley and Trump is removed by the 25th Amendment and taken away in hand Cuffs. Great Idea.

Why would it play out that way? There was in fact an insurrection, and Trump et al have maintained vociferously all along they had nothing to do with it and had no control over the insurrectionists. So why would Trump be liable for anything, when he could claim he was just protecting the country and its institutions from a very credible threat? Again, whether or not Antifa or anyone else was there, an insurrection did indeed take place, and if the Insurrection Act was the ultimate goal, that was sufficient excuse to invoke it.

Trump told them to March too the Capitol.

Trump told them to March too the Capitol.

He didn't tell them to overthrow the government when they got there. In any case, my point remains the same: he got his desired insurrection, whether or not Antifa or anyone else was there to counterbalance its political makeup.

He got an Insurrection that couldn't be used as a political excuse for him to remain in power, that's the key point he got an insurrection that his political allies couldn't back.

But I would have thought that if the only insurrectionists who were stopped were the pro-trump right wingers, it would pretty much put paid to the insurrection, and guarantee the transition of power that was sure to happen without it. I suppose it would look good on the ex president's resumé to have quelled an insurrection, but it wouldn't win him the election.

Exactly why I call January 6th the Idiot Insurrection, it was defeated by people told to stay home drink Beer, and Have Babies. Many Proud Boys will not be drinking Beer, or making any babies for a long time.

One could conclude Drumpf was hopeful the mob would stop the certification Pence would not stop. But hours later the reinforcements arrived and it became clear the certification was not going to stop. He must have heard from someone (lots of cult followers in the legislature) that Pelosi was going to resume the procedure. He seemed defeated when he finally told all those 'beautiful loving people' to go home. No way to invoke the Insurrection Act or martial law at that point.

Of course it's possibly a mistake to try to analyze this whole thing with any kind of intelligence. To dismiss an idea as too stupid and unlikely to fly might not mean it wasn't at the top of some pumpkin-head's agenda.

This is just for fun but who do you think Mr. X, the person who told the BLM movement to stay home drink Beer and Make Babies on the Sixth actually is?

Sean Hannity,
Bill Barr,
Mike Pence,
Tucker Carlson,

Who else would have know the Insurrection plan?
Why did he only tell BLM, and Antifa?
What were his motives?

Your thoughts please?

I Literally have no idea what you are talking about. Is there some evidence or news story about someone telling the BLM movement to stay home? Is this something from the Jan 6 hearings?

Yep but think of this, the Idiot Insurrection might be the only Insurrection in the history of the world Defeated By Beer and Sex.

The J6 committee has the Facebook pages they Supenaed every post that mentioned the Insurrection Act.

The relevant FB group CChainsaw is in shared the stay home message.
