I am surprised at how readily Bobby makes up unrealistic stories and how gullible his followers are. Starting a business is very hard and takes time. Starting a community like Artist valley isn't done on a whim or in a Facebook post.

It's as if his subculture doesn't have enough real life experience to see through Bobby's childish tall tales.

His "JV" story/lie includes him tricking the city into re-writing their code violation notice so that it had the word "order" all over it so he could pretend it was an order for goods and services. The absurdity of the legal ploy aside, one has to ask what city official is not going to say, "Look, Menard, your client got his notice. I'm not re-writing it to make you happy."

Bobby used to try pulling this stuff on city officials during calls he recorded and put on YouTube. He had to stop doing so and going to completely made up stories because the officials cut him off mid rant saying, "You already have the our letter." and upon being threatened with a law suit saying, "I await your paperwork, good day.".

In the comments section of a February 24, 2021 YouTube entitled “Robert Arthur Menard: What it Took to Pioneer the Freeman on the Land Movement” you claimed that you had made the concept behind the Association of Canadian Consumer Purchasers (ACCP) work three different times.

You wrote: “. . . I have successfully used the Bills of Exchange Act three times to discharge consumer purchases. I am willing to identify and testify to all of this. . .”.

I challenge you to substantiate this this claim.

Robert, we all know your attempt to use the Bills of Exchange Act failed during the infamous Cactus Club incident. So that debacle can't count as a "success".

You have reported that a restaurateur considered your ploy but upon being advised against doing so by his attorney declined. So that can't count as a "success".

You have improbably claimed that the national grocery chain, Loblaws, was okay with the idea but decined to participate because they "didn't want to wait for three weeks to get their money". So that can't count as a "success".

So what were the three successes, Robert?

I found a few old YouTubes* made during Bobby's salad days in Vancouver. The videos are made by a MrMotofy who seems to have moved on since 2010.

You can see a lot of old freeman talk. But at about 3:10 in the first video we get to the film of a freeman gathering at somebody's home.

The two successive videos are the same gathering which drones on with a series of "triumphant stories" about getting over on CPS workers, cops and judges.

But what struck me was how all the speakers wore fezzes as did Bobby back in the day. I have seen other vids from the era with fez wearers in Vancouver spouting Menard talk.

So what was the fez for? The freeman uniform? A warning to the cops? (stop laughing), a style thing?

OPCA litigants sometimes simply make up official-looking (or vaguely official-looking) documents that assert various authorities or immunities. This document declares Alexander Ream (“Alexander of the Ream Family”) to be a peace officer.

Ream was member of a five person Freeman-on-the-Land cell who obtained documents of this kind and then appeared at British Columbia courts and self-identified to court security as peace officers. In certain cases members of this group were able to enter the courts on that basis, though whenever these documents were produced their authenticity was challenged.

This group also attempted to commission formal metal and enamel badges.
Four of the five members of this group were tried and found guilty of personating a peace officer. No reported decisions emerged from this prosecution.

This is not the only Freeman-on-the-Land vigilante peace officer group. Robert Arthur Menard has periodically promoted his own personal vigilante group, the Canadian Common Corp of Peace Officers – the C3PO’s. The former website for this group (http://c3po.ca/) is now down, however Menard continues to promote the group. He has recently stated that C3PO’s should be armed. In the summer of 2014 Menard claimed peace officer status in a confrontation with Ontario Provincial Police officers, which has led to his arrest and outstanding charges. Menard attempted to conduct a collateral attack on that prosecution, seeing a declaration from the Federal Court that he is a peace officer under the Criminal Code. Unsurprisingly, that was unsuccessful.

Bobby says his Bill of Exchange Act/ACCP rip off of the Cactus Club worked and the restaurant got paid in the end simply because he doesn’t know that they didn’t get paid.

The stupidity of this logic aside one has to ask the sort of practical questions the guy without a bank account never seems to consider.

Why didn’t Bobby check his account, which he says the government holds in his name, and to which he says he has full access to see if the Cactus Club got their money? After all he assumes that the restaurant was able to access the account. Why couldn’t Bobby access his own account? When he pitched the ACCP to the gullibles did he not assure them that their accounts would be accessible, and they’d be able to check their balances?

Can this poor boy even count his money?

Readers should consider the likelihood that Bobby returned to the Cactus Club (without his freeman buds) with the money he said he was holding in reserve in case something went wrong and paid the tab.

That way he'd be free to act as though I'd made his system work. And since he paid in the end he avoided prosecution.

If you doubt this possibility let me remind you that this is the guy who stole Real 3Games' company name and forged a document from an Irish law firm to make it seem they endorsed his theories.
