Cont: Corona Virus Conspiracy Theories Part IV

I'll try give up lying as a New Year's resolution...
I'll bet the Germans have some really long compound word for when someone breaks a resolution through the very act of making it.

But is Kit Knightly a liar, and others who think outside the box liars, too?
That depends on whether Knightly earnestly believes the ******** he pedals. It's entirely possible that he's just an idiot who isn't intelligent enough to "do his own research". But given how easily he could have found the information disproving his claims, even without the benefit of ever having been an investigative journalist, I'm leaning toward him being a liar looking to promote a ******** conspiracy theory that makes him feel smarter than everyone else.

Kit Knightly may not be the greatest critical thinking skeptic of the 21st Century...
That's like saying Bruce Vilanch may not be the greatest basketball player of all time.

...nor Kary Mullis...
A problematic source who also believed that HIV was a hoax and had other problems.

Mullis acquired a reputation for erratic behavior at Cetus, once threatening to bring a gun to work; he also engaged in "public lovers' quarrels" with his then-girlfriend (a fellow chemist at the company) and "nearly came to blows with another scientist" at a staff party, according to California Magazine. White recalled: "It definitely put me in a tough spot. His behavior was so outrageous that the other scientists thought that the only reason I didn't fire him outright was that he was a friend of mine."

...Glenn Greenwald, Julian Assange, Edward Snowden...
Have what to do with COVID-19? This is called "padding".

...Childlike Empress, Aubrey Marcus, Robert F. Kennedy, Jr., Russell Brand, Jimmy Dore, or Mattias Desmot, among others who have fought to expose the truth.
None of whom are remotely qualified to overturn scientific consensus regarding the COVID-19 pandemic. I can't even get CE, who is the smartest person here and the only person, apparently, who knows what real Science™ is, to tell us whether the world's medical science community is just too stupid to tell a pandemic from the common flu, or if they're all complicit in the nefarious global hoax. I can't even get you to tell us the answer to that question.

For that honor, I posthumously nominate George Carlin who predicted our alleged plague of viruses 11 years before Covid-19 became a cause celebre.

Sorry, but even if he was alive today to say that he thinks COVID-19 is a hoax, being a popular American comedian wouldn't mean he has the slightest authority to contradict a global scientific consensus. Then there's the fact that he's clearly talking about common illnesses. He even talks about exposing your immune system to pathogens, which is what vaccines do. And he asks what you'll do when a serious disease comes along. COVID-19 may not turn your organs to liquid ****, but 5.5 million dead, and countless more seriously affected is not "the common cold". For COVID-19 to be the common cold, it means that doctors, nurses and epidemiologists have to all be idiots. The alternative is that they know what they're doing and the idea that it's the common cold is idiotic.

I tend to think outside the box, being a bit of an inventor and trend-setter.

I, in fact, invented the Nohawk, where you shave a strip of hair off your head, from front to back.

Huh! And here I thought Peter Gabriel did it first. I think I prefer the reverse Mohawk’s punkier cousin, the double Mohawk or Bihawk, ideally acid green and quite tall

Yes, I honestly can.

I tend to think outside the box, being a bit of an inventor and trend-setter.

I, in fact, invented the Nohawk, where you shave a strip of hair off your head, from front to back.

But, I can in no way whatever compare my efforts to the clear-thinking activism of Kit Knightly.

Thanks for asking.

Did you, by jove?
Here's an entry in the Urban Dictionary from 2004.
Do you also go by the alias 'fizzle'?
https://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=nohawk

If not, you've answered my question about not knowing the difference between thinking outside the box and being a bare-faced (and bare-foreheaded) liar.

Comedy gold! Thanks for the laugh.

Now, fizzle, how about addressing the numerous links showing how Knightly is a liar?
Do you have any factual refutations to them, or are you just going to drivel on about haircuts you may or may not have invented?

When facts aren't going your way deflect, misdirect and prevaricate.

I also invented a self-sharpening knife, based on the principle of a beaver's tooth, which has a layer of harder yellow enamel on the outside which wears away slower than the rest of the tooth and keeps a sharp edge.

I had some knives plated on one side with extremely hard titanium dioxide.

Problem was, it didn't work.

Ted Cruz Confuses Washington With Western Australia, Is Widely Mocked

Besides the obvious humor here, the US Senator from Texas is seeing and quoting tweets from Paul Joseph Watson? That is just insane. The fringe really is mainstream now.

Does Cruz have an opinion on the move from the WACA to the new Swan River Stadium and the consequent loss of one of the finest fast bowlers' pitches on the Test circuit? And that's before we consider the loss of the influence of the Fremantle Doctor.

I'm sure I can link this to Covid somehow...

I know: Ted Cruz would think that the Fremantle Doctor was part of Fauci's conspiracy to spread the false "official line" about Covid.

SQUIRREL!!!

Don't worry, Tom. Nobody's noticed that you're evading the questions you can't/don't want to answer.

Got my booster on Tuesday. In the interest of full disclosure it kicked my butt all day yesterday. Today I'm much better.

Highly disappointed that my computer didn't automatically upgrade to Windows 11.

Police have arrested a man after a group of Covid deniers stormed a hospital and accused staff of “aiding and abetting genocide” as they tried to remove an elderly patient.

Video shared on social media showed a group entering the University Hospital Aintree in Liverpool before confronting nurses and accusing them of “kidnapping” the patient, who is understood to be receiving treatment on a Covid ward.
A man filming the incident is heard incorrectly ranting that Covid has been “downgraded to a non-infectious disease” and telling one nurse “you’ll be the first under open arrest” while referring to the group as “common law constables”.
At one point, he tells medical staff pleading with the group to leave that “you are all aiding and abetting genocide”.

Nurses and security staff joined efforts to ask the group to leave the ward after they entered the hospital at around 8.20pm last night before police arrived.
The patient being targeted is said to be the father of one of the men in the group. At one point, the man filming accuses hospital staff of having “murdered” the patient’s wife. He then bizarrely claims Chris Whitty and Boris Johnson have been arrested.

A nurse is heard telling police officers that the patient’s son’s mother had died of Covid, adding: “But he doesn’t believe in Covid. Since then we have had multiple threats from them that he was going to come to the ward and remove his dad.”
Merseyside Police confirmed that officers were called to the hospital following reports of a disturbance on a ward.

Don't worry, Tom. Nobody's noticed that you're evading the questions you can't/don't want to answer.

What questions?

The only question I want answered is whether the alleged Covid-19 pandemic is a case of mass psychosis, like Christianutty, for example.

What questions?
The ones you're avoiding in an intellectually cowardly manner. Such as, but not limited to:

Foster Zygote said:
Are millions of medical professionals and scientists the world over just too stupid to see what is so clear to you, or are they all in on the evil conspiracy?

That's such a pathetically stupid argument you're endorsing. Christianity isn't supported by an overwhelming scientific consensus, COVID-19 is. But you don't want to talk about that.

How about picking out just one link showing that Knightly is a liar and addressing that specific lie?

Seems you have more questions than "The only question I want answered"

Exactly how many questions do you have? And do you intend to actually answer questions asked of you?

"Kit Knightley" ( Kit from Knight Rider:p ) from Russian Insider and OffGuardian blogs.

Claims

“There has been NO unusual excess mortality” related to COVID;
“Lockdowns do not prevent the spread of disease”;
“Masks don’t work”;
“PCR tests were not designed to diagnose illness”

Debunked here

Would you like to show us Kit Knightley's earlier work as a "journalist"?
