Is this a thing?

They have a permanent presence in maybe half a dozen cities. Otherwise, some folks may visit a community and cooperate with local volunteers to host some public meetings, a candlelight vigil, and other shared trauma processing type activities. I would even guess for most BLM personnel, it is not their day job/primary income source.

What part? Are there members of BLM? Yes. Are there people associated with BLM protests who committed arson (which includes burning police cars, at last check)? Yes. Were those people members of, for example, the Black Lives Matter Global Network Foundation or one of the related organizations? After searching around for a bit, I came up with no evidence of any such person.
I understood BLM to be a cause rather than an organization. Thanks for the clarification.

Twitter is trending the FPDJT's "Christmas card". I put it in quotes because almost every post is asking "Is this real?" (even this one) Some even claim it is, but I haven't seen an independent verification yet. Oh, I hope it is...

Oh, c’mon.
Obviously photoshopped by Fakey McFake-face.

Why would Orange-man use a black and white photo?

Also, why would his kids’ photos be placed higher than his photo. Very amateurish fake.

Trump's Shady Tech Company Raises $1 Billion, According to Serial Liar (gizmodo.com)
Donald Trump’s new tech company has raised $1 billion from investors, according to a press release from the former president and a report from CNBC. But there’s no way of independently checking whether Trump, a man known for lying about literally everything, has actually been able to secure such a huge sum in a relatively short amount of time.

“$1 billion sends an important message to Big Tech that censorship and political discrimination must end,” Trump said in a press release.

To actually comment on the subject - if I heard correctly, the identities of the supposed investors is unknown, which is apparently rather unusual. It would be no surprise if, should it be real, much of it was coming from Russia and China (and if that was in exchange for certain favors, that would make it more plausible).

Sure, but I can't imagine they'd blow good money when they know that Trump will just lie for nothing, for essentially the same effect.

Trump openly admits that he obstructed justice when he fired then-FBI director James Comey.

Trump Opens Door For Criminal Prosecution Against Him During Fox News Interview

During an interview on Fox News with right-wing commentator Mark Levin, former President Donald Trump seemingly opened the door for further investigation into his actions related to the Russia investigation by bragging that he effectively obstructed justice when he fired then-FBI director James Comey.

Trump told Levin that he simply had to fire Comey. Otherwise, he could have been held accountable for his relationship with Russia during the 2016 election.

“Don’t forget, I fired Comey,” Trump boasted. “Had I not fired Comey, you might not be talking to me right now about a beautiful book about four years in the White House, and we’ll see about the future. If I didn’t fire Comey, they were looking to take down the president of the United States… I don’t think I could’ve survived if I didn’t fire him.”

Trump’s stunning admission came Amid growing calls for Attorney General Merrick Garland to impanel a grand jury to determine if the former president should face criminal charges for obstruction.

Then-special prosecutor Robert Mueller concluded that he could not charge Trump for obstruction because of an arcane DOJ rule that prevented him for indicting a sitting president. After ending the investigation, Mueller testified before Congress and revealed at least 10 examples of obstruction of justice from Trump attempting to stop his investigation.

He's just too stupid to keep his fat mouth shut.
