AP News: "Let's go, Brandon" is really code for "**** Joe Biden"

I feel this sort of trolling the best expression of narcissism. Make the conversation about me, and my understanding, not the topic.

Like if someone says, "it's racist and there is no debating it. If you think other than I think, you're a troll"? Got it.

When the thing in question is racist and the person responding is a troll, yes.

Like I said. "This will be proven when every troll on this board responses to this, if they respond at all, but doing just that."

It is hard to measure just how hollow it rings when you call others a "troll".:D

"I know you are but what am I."

Do you have any response to anything that isn't 3rd grade level?

Grow up. In every sense of the term grow up.

Only morons really think so.

Then explain it. Explain why, in response to BLM, those slogans soon appeared if it wasn't in rebuttal to BLM?

Hell, Blue Lives Matter doesn't even make any ******* sense. No one is born a cop. It's a choice. It's a ******* job choice lol. There is no such thing as "blue lives".

Does the Rule of So extend to this construction?

Until then, all lives can’t matter until black lives matter. But you knew this.

Just looking at murder statistics, it appears that black lives don't matter much to blacks. When I see a murder rate that is 6x greater per capita, it is hard for me to muster up much concern for 25 or so unarmed blacks killed by cops each year.

Anyway, done with this topic in this thread. There are others for this wonderful discussion.

So they shouldn’t matter to you?

It was a rebuttal to BLM. But being a rebuttal to BLM doesn’t mean something is racist. That’s the trick they’re playing on the soft headed by naming their organization Black Lives Matter. As if anyone who disagrees with all of their stupid views must, of course, think black lives don’t matter. The same type of language trick as calling a country the Democratic Republic of the Congo. It’s the perfect place. Unless, of course, you’re opposed to Democracy!

What would be really entertaining would be for you or Gazanga (or other) to explain how Ahmaud Arbery’s father saying “all lives matter” shows he’s a benefactor of white privilege.:boggled:

Would it be as entertaining as reading that complete and total ******** reasoning you just tried to pull off in this post?

I can't find the original quote, but Ann Druyan once sardonically wrote something like, "The people we oppress and marginalize tend to do poorly on standardized tests. We think it's because their skulls are shaped a certain way".

You don't have to use racist slurs to be a racist. Looking at marginalized groups living in poverty after centuries of discrimination and concluding that that's just how people who look like them are is the essence of racism.

I honestly am struggling to believe that you believe that this entire movement is based on semantic slight of hand on the same level as Andrew Dice Clay.

“Stupid libs can’t even due words”

I love how often trolls defending themselves always, always involves them defending their racism.

Racism isn't even the topic. But in defending "Let's Go Brandon" they just had to also defend "All Lives Matter."

I disagree. And, it's not up for any debate.

There is probably another thread about how much "Black Lives Matter".
I am quite sure you will continue to believe what you believe, but I will just point out that I think you are confusing focus with exclusion.

All lives have always mattered, a statement that should not need to be made. It's an inherent property of respect for life.

But if, as many believe, the category of "all lives" has too often excluded black ones, then the statement that "Black Lives Matter" has a specific purpose. But that purpose is within the idea that all lives matter, not against it. To counter it with that otherwise needless statement is to imply that it is contradictory, conspicuously to deny its truth or validity, and that is, to many people, a racist response.

Go ahead and disagree, but understand why not everyone does.

It's not like all of this has not been explained before. What is being demonstrated is willful obtuseness to just be able to lay a "gotcha" on the libs.
