a flimsy character...perfidious and despised
Reminds me of others in history who were over the top with their 'patriotism' by flying flags, etc and holding rallies.![]()
You know who else flew flags and held rallies?

Let's hope he ends up the same way...Trump always reminded me of Mussolini. Same arrogant bully with a jutting jaw.
As usual, the ISF is keeping it classy when it comes to Trump. Now advocating for his public execution.![]()
Classy and Trump don't belong in the same sentence.
ISF is not advocating anything. A single poster compared Trump to Mussolini (a comparison whose accuracy would be hard to deny, though I'm sure Warp12 could manage it) and a single poster expressed a hope that he would meet the same end.
As expected. A lack of condemnation indicates acceptance. Not surprising as this is not nearly the first time ISF members have posted their hopes for the death of Trump.

I repeat, ISF does not advocate anything. It's a discussion forum. The opinions expressed are those of the individual members. As long as they keep within the rules, members (including you) can post whatever opinions they like. You, for example, can post your opinion that ISF is advocating something, even though that is simply not possible. As expected. A lack of condemnation indicates acceptance. And no, a lack of condemnation does not indicate acceptance. There have been plenty of opinions posted here (including by you) which I have not condemned, even though I don't accept them.

Why would it? The post is about something else entirely. It doesn't read like a recipe for lasagne either, for the same reason. This sure doesn't read like a condemnation of those calling for the death of Trump.
Also, I already edited my post to say "ISF contingent", which I felt was clearly implied. And based on the responses, entirely warranted.

I disagree on both counts. But I don't condemn you for expressing that opinion.
I don't have a problem with condemning the opinions of those who call for the death of a former or current President.
I don't have a problem with it either. I'm just disagreeing with your opinion that not explicitly condemning an opinion is the same as accepting it.

In some cases, inaction IS action. To me, this is one of those cases.
Can't say I ever had any lasting image of Mussolini. I had him talk German since I don't speak Itlaian. Still not impressed.Trump always reminded me of Mussolini. Same arrogant bully with a jutting jaw.
