Given everyone's history here, including her husband's history of litigiousness and his habit of getting his way, and at the very least her violation of immigration laws, it would not surprise me hugely if her reason for not leaving is that she doesn't dare.

Nobody will kill her. She may have to get a job somewhere, like most other people.

She has a choice. Mind you, I don't really care what she does.

I don't give a flying **** what she does, but I'm sure she gets very little if she divorces him, and does a lot better if she waits for him to croak.

I did not mean she has no choice at all, only that it may be more complicated than we know. Of course, we must also remind ourselves that she did marry whom she married, so we may never understand just how she weighs the pros and cons of anything.

If she was doing the job he supposedly hired married her for, he should have died in bed long ago. A smile on his face, but dead nonetheless.

$$$$$$. She knows she will outlive him.

I have to admit, I am always half expecting, when a TV program is suddenly interrupted-
"We interrupt our regularly scheduled program to bring you the following breaking news..."

I don't see trump having a lingering illness, a long, slow decline. I expect him to go suddenly, like a clap of thunder on a sunny day. ;)

If Melania is alone with him when he keels over, I don't expect her to call 911 right away. Wait an hour or two, and get her alibi straight.

You really have a sadistic bent, do you? I mean, teasing me with the very idea of "We interrupt this program for a breaking news event....." is just cruel :p

I have "Ode to Joy" on standby when it happens.

More like, a fart in a wind tunnel.

And that one of the most petty men in history hasn't decided to screw her in the will. After all the videos we've see of her publicly scorning him, you just know he's stewing about it, and thinking about how he can punish her without causing himself any problems. Writing a new will that leaves her nothing is right up his alley.

And hey, it wouldn't be the first time he's tried to **** with a will.
I expect she and many others will make sure a fair chunk of whatever estate he has will end up in lawyer's pockets trying to bury each other in challenges.

Looking forward to that one time in our lives we're all cheering for the lawyers.

I wouldn't be at all surprised if that were the worst possible result for America.

His worshippers already believe he's the messiah, or fighting an immense cabal of global elites (and JOOS!) who eat babies. The Second Amendment People would be screaming murder and christ knows how it would all go down. Jesus, thousands of them turned up expecting to see JFK Jr resurrected. They're barking mad and Trump croaking unexpectedly would be a touch paper for the insanity.

Mind you, from this distance, maybe it's what you need - another good Civil War to let one side win and make a new set of rules.

They've been married too long for Trump to totally screw her over. FL is an equitable property state like most states. She'd come out with plenty as long as Trump wasn't broke.
