Not gonna lie, didn't read your study.

Edited for rule 0 and rule 12.

Lol, okay. You have no ground to dismiss claims when you won't even read the ******* data that you demand be presented.

You have shown yourself to be an unapologetic bad faith arguer.

But... but... but you've told us so many times that nobody would EVER NEVER EVER pretend to be trans to take advantage of loopholes in policy! It can't possibly happen!

I never said never, I said not statistically significant.

I imagine someone out there got a sham gay marriage to juke the benefits system or for some other improper purpose. I don't see any evidence that this is happening at high enough levels to deny all gay people their civil rights.

When the space explorer is the one doing the attacking, I do care rather less about them than their victim.

https://www.biography.com/news/lisa-nowak-lucy-in-the-sky

In February 2007, U.S. astronaut Lisa Nowak drove from Houston, Texas, to Orlando, Florida, to confront the woman who'd won the affections of an astronaut that Nowak had been involved with. Instead of having the conversation she claimed she'd wanted, Nowak was arrested for attacking the other woman. A story about the space program and an out-of-control love triangle would naturally capture attention, but the reported detail that Nowak wore diapers on her 900-mile drive in order to avoid bathroom breaks transformed the incident into irresistible fodder for tabloids and late-night talk shows alike (though Nowak's attorney would later insist his client never put on diapers). Nowak was an inspiration the 2019 film Lucy in the Sky, which stars Natalie Portman as an astronaut named Lucy Cola.

The medical procedures thing IS discrimination, regardless of what the circumstances would be without trans-people. So, there's that. Not sure who exactly is to blame though.

The data that shows that trans inclusive policies do not lead to an increase of violence in these spaces.
An increase from zero incidents to 0.62 per 100,000 per annum isn't huge, but it certainly isn't what you've claimed here.

You didn't actually read the study you linked?

Why don't you quote it, and explain why that figure contradicts their conclusion that there was no meaningful rise in violence.

I've quoted them verbatim saying exactly that. You seem to think they've misinterpreted their own data.

Why don't you download the PDF and have a look at Table 3?

So you're not going to admit you haven't looked at the study itself?

I'm looking at it now and have no idea what the **** you're talking about.

How many pages of this do we have to go through before you just quote something?

Jesus Christ, I'd rather have a tooth pulled than try to get you to back a claim.

"I think it's important to keep our perspective on this, we've heard it several times tonight from our public speakers, but the predator transgender student or person simply does not exist." — Scott Ziegler, Loudoun County Superintendent

Mr. Ziegler may be correct, or perhaps Mr. Smith is correct. I'd be surprised if enough details come out to persuade all concerned.

What's your minimum threshold for the number of females that need to be raped and assaulted for you to consider it a good study?

I don't have a number. I'd be willing to change policy on a single case, if it was clear that a reasonable change could have prevented the incident. That's what I'm wanting to examine here.

"Does not exist" is a far-fetched claim, and much stronger than it needs to be to make a point.

For an inclusive policy to be safety-neutral, predators do not need to be nonexistent. It need only be that the risk of one turning up because of the policy is no more likely than receiving similar harm from someone that would be there under either policy.
