No, it didn't. In order to understand why it didn't, you will need to put aside any preconceptions you have and actually read and understand what the 'audit', such as it was, really said.

The Cyber Ninjas *cough* identified what they believed to be irregularities but did not investigate whether those alleged irregularities amounted to any kind of fraud. Those have been sent to the Attorney General of the state to be investigated. Don't hold your breathe about this though.

Two Republicans on the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors, Chairman Jack Sellers and Bill Gates, stood firm on their criticisms of the controversial audit.

"Losers of elections will just go out and find financial backers and just continue to drag these procedures on, and unfortunately, that is going to negatively impact our democracy," said Gates.

Here's another Fox News article about the Congressional hearing about the Maricopa audit. Both Doug Logan (Cyber Ninja CEO) and Shiva Ayyadurai (a supposed analyst of Maricopa ballot signatures) refused to attend the hearing or provide the requested documentation to the hearing relating to their audit.

Republican Ken Bennett, former Arizona secretary of state and Arizona State Senate liaison to the Cyber Ninjas audit, who replaced Ayyadurai as witness at the hearing had this to say in his own prepared opening comments:

Despite months of warnings from the county, or secretary of state, election experts, and most of the media that the auditors’ procedures were imprecise and unreliable, the most significant finding of the audit is that the hand count of the physical ballots very closely matches the county’s official results in the president and U.S. Senate races. Now that finding is frustrating to many who expected the audit to prove a different election result.

Saying "Biden won by false ballots" is silly.
