No. Algorithms can implement mathematical calculations. In this case they do not. There is no mathematics evident in your posts (and this is emphasised by the fact that you have demonstrated over and over on this forum that you have no knowledge of maths beyond simple arithmetic and the sort of elementary algebra that 15 year olds learn at school).
