Anecdote: a couple of weeks ago one of my SOs was ordering a bouquet for a great-aunt of hers who was turning 100. The florist mentioned it was the fourth that week that she's dispatched.

Whether you are an 81 (2,3,4,5 . . . ) woman or a 13-year old basement troll, the only health benefits a person could derive from your posts would be by either ignoring them, or doing the exact opposite. This applies to the snake oil you attempt to peddle and the dangerously stupid anti-vax and anti-mask propaganda you promote as just a few examples.
