By which is meant that they're saying it would probably be a good idea for full immunity, and they're trying it on their test subjects now.
I won't be at all surprised if other vaccine makers come to the same conclusion, as the variants we're now seeing did not exist when the vaccines were first developed. I will be happy to get a third shot if it's deemed a good idea.
I am still waiting (in vain no doubt) for a clarification on the "slaughter." When will it happen, when will its not happening be sufficient to admit that it's not happening, and when, if ever, would you acknowledge error if it does not?

My understanding is that pharmaceutical companies don't make much money out of vaccines, treatments are more lucrative. So 'Big Pharma', if they operated as people like Caroline seem to believe, would be stalling on developing one instead of doing so in record time, whilst developing expensive treatments for those infected.

On the financial side, for that matter, the vaccinations tend to have negligible costs, which means that health insurance companies will cover them for large groups of people far, far more happily than they would cover a single long hospital stay. A shot a year like the flu shot (and potentially mixed with the flu shot in coming years until the danger is effectively gone)? Totally worth it on the financial side of things. The COVID vaccines are free for the vaccinated people, in particular, with costs from about $3 dollars to $37 dollars for those who are covering it. That can be pretty much insanely cheap for society when compared to the alternatives.

Recent statistics show that of 78,000,000 so far vaccinated in the U.S., Only 5,800 have since contradicted COVID-19. That's just 0.0075% vs. about 10% for those not vaccinated. That means unvaccinated people are over 1,300 times more likely to contract COVID-19. Hypothetically, had everyone been vaccinated over a year ago, the U.S. would be mourning about 450 people now, rather than 600,000. But some of those people were fat and/or didn't take grape seed extract, so who cares, right?
I have to laugh because "sheep" is a shibboleth for crazy beliefs. It's the go-to derogation for people who believe that the earth is flat, that the Apollo Program was faked, that their political adversaries are Satanists who drink the blood of children, and that the word is controlled by shape-shifting alien reptiles.
That's what it's really all about, isn't it? It's about a need to declare your superiority to others. Everyone else is a sheep - but not you. You're smarter, healthier, and better informed than almost everyone - especially about preservatives.
