Because being prepared shows weakness. A strong leader will go in unprepared and flounce when that become apparent.

I selected one line of text to Google for and got Breitbart. I different snippet brought up michaelsavage.com and the Gateway Pundit. For what that's worth.
 
There was an occasion in the 1980s when I thought Biden was being rude to my father. Having looked at the tape again, I don't think he was rude. My dad was reading from a prepared statement and had exceeded his time limit. Biden asked him to summarize and Dad said something like, "In conclusion, thank you, Mr. Chairman," drawing a laugh from Biden.

Against that , you should be congratulating his handlers and careers for taking a huge risk and at least preventing him falling flat on his face .
Modern medications work wonders . Particularly with over 60 rehearsals .

I saw the Breitbart article but it wasn't the article posted here. I admit I didn't check it word for word.

Awwwwww....was that Ted Cruz showing concern for migrant mothers nursing their infants while sitting on the floors and talking about human traffickers? After his little trip to Cancún during the crisis in Texas a few weeks ago, I didn't think he cared. The Tin Man does have a heart after all!

In fact, a lot of politicians do do this. Take a look at the notion of Farley Files. I read about this in Robert A. Heinlein's novel Double Star as is mentioned on that page. When meeting people is a huge part of your job, you have systems in place to help you remember them, period.

Joe Blow will never forget the time he met President Suit Guy, but if President Suit Guy forgets who Joe Blow is the next time they meet, that's a vote lost for sure, and Joe Blow doesn't give a crap that President Suit Guy has met literally hundreds or thousands of people since then.

Come now, I'm sure the person who just registered this month and who does nothing but spew stupid talking points is entirely honest and above board, and is in no ways a mindless partisan hack.

We missed this last week, but the White House Correspondents' Association unveiled an updated seating chart for the White House briefing room.

Most of the 49 spots remain unchanged. The biggest differences are that BuzzFeed and Al Jazeera now have partial seats (they're sharing them with other news organizations) and The Hill has moved up one row.

News ratings matter and at some point Fox News moved to the front.


I'm sure Biden is not the only POTUS or Press secretary who used a 'cheat sheet' of names and news organizations, especially during the first few conferences.

And let's please not forget that Trump got nasty without answering or walked out whenever he got a question he did not want to answer (which was quite often).

CAroline, I'm still wondering how you managed to get so fast from asserting that Biden's performance was not only poor but shameful and embarrassing, to saying that it was not poor, shameful and embarrassing, because he received a "brain drug."

It's not that everyone on the right is stupid. Selfish and self centered maybe. But not stupid. Granted, there are a lot of morons on the right. But there is share on the left.

What amazes me are the huge number of poor people on the right voting against their own self interest.

But anyone who actually thinks Trump was even the slightest bit truthful is pretty damn stupid. Now if they are aware that he was a lying POS but was good for their bank accounts and are playing the game, so be it.

Also, the right isn't what it use to be. The GOP has effectively become the American NAZI party light. It is anti-democracy and fascist through and through.
