I don't think Caroline and Cullenz watched the presser. They simply want to repeat the meme that Biden is a doddering old guy who has lost a few marbles.

What I got from it was what Smartcooky got. Finally we don't have total nutjob bully as President. One who makes you feel calm and reassured that cruel insanity doesn't rule the day.

In a post right before, Caroline admitted that they did not watch the conference, so you are correct there. The analysis they gave was based solely on clips, assumptions, and bias.

Neither did Trump. On the occasion you're referring to he said :

(a) Bleach kills covid19 on surfaces.
(b) Covid19 gets into the lungs and "does a number on them" (who knew?)
(c) He was going to get "his people" looking into using bleach internally to kill covid19.

The implication is that he thought swilling out people's lungs with bleach was an idea worth considering. We can't know for certain what he meant, of course, because it was a typically rambling presentation, but this seems to me the best guess.

The last president made a complete and utter pig's breakfast of dealing with the crisis. His response was a non response, they actually had no vaccine distribution plan, did you realize that? He want wanted to wash his hands of the whole thing, and leave it up to the individual states.... Trump played golf while America burned.

This president, despite having ZERO co-operation from T****'s cronies during the transition, nonetheless got a plan in order in quick time - after promising to deliver 100 million vaccinations in the first 100 days of his presidency, they are on target for twice that.

Yes, Biden might be getting old, and a bit frail, and he might have minor issues with fumbling his words sometimes, but I'd rather have him as POTUS than the vile, corrupt, narcissistic, bullying bull-**** artist who was squatting in the White House for the previous four years.

I would just go back to my various posts pointing out I am completely not caring about which side holds the US presidency.

It makes zero difference to my entire life, and I will criticise both sides equally when I see odd stuff.

Hence my changing signature.

This doesn't stop me holding an opinion and voicing it, as though individually I don't really care, it does make a bigger difference globally, if you know what I mean when they do weird ****

There's a pretty wide gap between Obama or, say, Steve Jobs, on one end, and grandma with actual Alzheimer's on the other. He's a terrible public speaker, but mostly because he just doesn't care, not because he doesn't know where he is.
